<div>The <b>Social Mobiliser &amp; Reporting Officer</b> will support the Gupis Fort project by engaging local communities, coordinating with stakeholders, and documenting project activities. The role will ensure effective community participation, smooth communication, and timely reporting.<br>

<b>Responsibilities:</b><br>
<b>Social Mobilization</b><ul><li>
Liaise with local communities, community leaders, elders, and relevant stakeholders.</li><li>
Facilitate community meetings, consultations, and focus group discussions.</li><li>
Promote community participation and ownership in project activities.</li><li>
Identify community needs, concerns, and feedback related to the project.</li><li>
Support formation and strengthening of community groups/committees, where required.</li><li>
Ensure inclusion of women, youth, and marginalized groups in project activities.</li></ul><b>
Coordination and Communication</b><ul><li>
Act as a focal point between the project team and local communities.</li><li>
Coordinate with government departments, NGOs, and local institutions as needed.</li><li>
Assist project management in planning and organizing field activities and events.</li></ul><b>
Reporting and Documentation</b><ul><li>
Prepare regular field progress reports (daily, weekly, and monthly as required).</li><li>
Document community meetings, consultations, and mobilization activities.</li><li>
Collect qualitative and quantitative data from the field.</li><li>
Maintain records of attendance, photographs, case studies, and success stories.</li><li>
Contribute to donor and management reports by providing accurate field data.</li><li>
Ensure timely submission of reports in prescribed formats.</li></ul><b>
Monitoring and Feedback</b><ul><li>
Support monitoring project activities at the community level.</li><li>
Identify implementation challenges and report to Senior Architect.</li><li>
Gather community feedback and recommend corrective actions.<br>

Familiarity with local culture, language(s), and community dynamics.</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Ability to work independently in field conditions

The Program Head of Intrrastructure Development is responsible to lead team in design &amp; implementation of new construction and repair projects in housing, institutes and infrastructure.<ul><li>

Responsible for infrastructure design &amp; construction solutions for new projects.</li><li>

<div><b>SPECIFICATIONS (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS)</b><br>
<b>Education:</b> Bachelor in Engineer, Masters in Structural Engineer or construction management preferred, PMP in project management<br>

<b> Experience:</b> Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction, predominantly in infrastructure development or real estate with emphasis on housing project in urban and rural area. Experience in social sector is preferred. Overseas experience would be added advantage.<br>

Program Head - Infrastructure Development

<p></p><div><div><div><div>Delivers end-to-end talent acquisition, effective onboarding and employee lifecycle management, prepares HR reports and performs payroll coordination, and ensures policy updates and system implementation and drives organizational development and employee engagement initiatives while upholding safeguarding governance.<br>

<b>Key Responsibilities</b><ul><li>
Executes recruitment efficiently within approved budgets and policies, maintaining the Personnel Requisition (PR) tracker and coordinating end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.</li><li>
Reviews and drafts employment offers, appointment letters, confirmation letters, contract extensions, share-based doctor engagements, internship agreements, redesignation and job role change letters, and other HR correspondence.</li><li>
Maintains accurate, up-to-date HR records, including job advertisements, workforce data, skills inventories, file notes, and documentation to support reporting, compliance, and HR planning.</li><li>
Contributes to periodic HR reporting, donor submissions, and data analysis to drive informed decision-making and accountability.</li><li>
Supports implementation of recruitment, training, and other HR modules within the Human Capital Management System (HCMS).</li><li>
Provides operational support for payroll and compensation by ensuring complete, accurate, and timely entry of new employee data into the HCMS.</li><li>
Supports the implementation, review, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and digital systems to boost efficiency and governance.</li><li>
