This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with occasional business trips to Torrance, CA.&#65309;&#65309;&#65309;&#65309;&#65309;&#65309;&#65309;&#65309;&#65309;&#65309;&#65309;&#65309;&#65309;&#65309;&#65309; &#9673; Company Industry: Japanese Food Manufacturing &#9673; Salary: $75,000 &ndash; / year (DOE) &#9673; Employment Type: Full-time (Exempt) &#9673; Location: Remote (Home Office) &mdash; Head Office: Torrance, CA (Business trips approximately 4 times per year) &#9673; Working Hours: 8:30 AM &ndash; 5:30 PM &#9673; Benefits: PTO / Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance / 401(k) / Sick Leave &#9673; Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays &#65309;&#65309;&#65309;&#65309;&#65309;&#65309;&#65309;&#65309;&#65309;&#65309;&#65309;&#65309;&#65309;&#65309;&#65309;Job Duties:<ul><li>Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales and profit goals.</li><li>Prepare annual budgets and conduct quarterly and monthly sales reviews.</li><li>Provide pricing quotes, proposals, and credit terms to existing and potential clients.</li><li>Oversee and evaluate the activities and performance of field sales representatives.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities by researching potential customers and markets.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, distributors, and retailers.</li><li>Attend and represent the company at trade and consumer shows.</li><li>Plan and execute sales promotions at national and regional levels, as well as customized programs for specific retail chains.</li><li>Manage sales territories, quotas, and goals; coordinate overall sales distribution strategy.</li><li>Conduct sales data analysis to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.</li><li>Prepare and deliver presentations for brokers, distributors, and clients.</li><li>Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Develop and maintain retailer contact reports and correspondence logs.</li><li>Support private brand negotiations and product planning.</li><li>Evaluate broker performance and manage contract communications.</li><li>Visit Torrance, CA office as needed for internal meetings or special projects.</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities:<ul><li>Seek continuous improvement in efficiency and work processes.</li><li>Handle special projects or other duties as assigned by management.</li><li>Maintain ethical standards, clear communication, and compliance with company policies.</li><li>Ensure a clean and safe working environment.</li><li>Assist and host visiting guests from partner companies when required.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or technical school, or equivalent education and experience.</li><li>2&ndash;3+ years of relevant sales or business development experience.</li><li>Proven experience managing or supervising field sales representatives.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
