This position will support the graphic design manager and coordinate marketing activities for Bowling and Karaoke divisions. The role involves assisting with visual asset creation, website updates, and social media content production while maintaining brand consistency across all stores.
Essential Duties
- Assist the design manager with ongoing projects and development tasks
- Create and design various collateral materials such as flyers, brochures, posters, and banners
- Support artwork production and check copy for accuracy
- Produce clear, concise written correspondence (letters, emails, etc.)
- Format and style presentations and visuals in accordance with brand standards
- Assist with coordinating consistency of all digital and printed materials across store locations
- Visit store locations as needed to support design-related tasks
- Prepare illustrations and rough sketches, discuss with designers/managers, and revise as necessary
- Create pitch-related graphics, photos, and mock-ups
- Assist with website updates and maintenance
- Work closely with the marketing team to create SNS and digital content
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper use of design assets, logos, and brand materials
Working Hours
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Hybrid work (2–3 days per week remote)
Daily attendance required during training period

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design preferred
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, Premiere, After Effects
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Preferred: 2+ years of graphic design experience in a professional environment
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and composition
- Ability to take initiative and generate new ideas
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of design trends and creative techniques
- Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced team setting
- A creative portfolio demonstrating skills in photoshopped designs, imagery, infographics, typography, and layout is required
Travel Requirements
- Travel to various store locations is required
- Local travel by car
- Occasional domestic travel for events such as conventions and store grand openings
