The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in corporate finance, and the ability to manage multiple entities efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and cost optimization.Oversee accounting, auditing, tax, and compliance functions.Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board.Manage relationships with banks, investors, and auditors.Ensure compliance with UAE laws, IFRS standards, and regulatory requirements.Drive automation, reporting accuracy, and process improvements.Mentor and develop the finance team.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.Professional qualifications (CA/CPA/ACCA/CFA or equivalent) preferred.Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in finance.Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE tax laws, and corporate governance.Proven track record in strategic financial management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.Experience in managing teams and working in a dynamic business environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Executive with a background in wealth management to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations.The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills, with experience working in an investment or financial services environment.Key Responsibilities:SalesSupport the wealth management sales team in client onboarding and documentation processes.Prepare proposals, investment reports, pitchbooks, and client presentation materials.Coordinate and schedule client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.Monitor and track leads, prospects, and pipeline status using CRM tools.Assist in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and sales performance analysis.Administrative Support:Maintain accurate records and databases for clients, products, and transactions.Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, invoice processing, and correspondence.Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for senior executives.Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.Client Service:Act as a point of contact for client queries, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.Provide high-quality customer service and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Requirements:Education &amp; Experience:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.2&ndash;4 years of relevant experience in a sales role within the wealth management or financial services sector.Skills &amp; Competencies:Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management practices.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM systems is a plus.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication, both written and verbal.Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.What We Offer:Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.Opportunities for career growth within the investment and wealth management industry.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
