Client Engagement/communication specialist

We are hiring a Client Engagement/communication specialist for our fine jewelers brand, responsible exclusively for TikTok and Snapchat content creation and client communication.

Responsibilities

Create daily stories and trend-driven content for TikTok & Snapchat only

Engage with clients, reply to inquiries, and follow up via social media/CRM

Handle client calls and provide product support

Work closely with the sales team to achieve the sales goals

Monitor trends and maintain the jeweler’s brand tone

Requirements

Fluent in English & Arabic

Strong understanding of TikTok & Snapchat trends, with good video editing experience

Confident on camera, with excellent communication skills, sales experience is a plus

Experience in luxury or jewelers is a plus.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
