Job Description – Social Media Account Manager (Arabic Speaker Only)General Objective of the Role:

Managing clients' social media accounts, ensuring brand goals are achieved through effective strategies, meticulous content oversight, audience engagement, and performance analysis for continuous improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Oversee all social media platforms for clients (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Ensure accounts are consistently updated with relevant content according to the marketing plan.

Developing Communication Strategies:

  • Create and implement effective digital marketing strategies based on client objectives.
  • Analyze the market and target audience to determine the best engagement approaches and achieve desired results.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging posts.
  • Coordinate and schedule content using social media management tools.
  • Write compelling marketing copy tailored to the target audience that reflects brand identity.

Audience Engagement:

  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Build strong relationships with followers and encourage engagement.

Advertising Campaign Management:

  • Work with marketing teams to launch paid advertising campaigns across different platforms.
  • Monitor ad performance and provide periodic reports with recommendations for optimization.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze account performance using tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
  • Prepare periodic reports detailing content performance and audience engagement, with suggestions for improvement.

Keeping Up with Trends:

  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and social media trends.
  • Suggest new and innovative ideas to enhance engagement and increase reach.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in social media account management.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Creativity and the ability to generate engaging content.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on results.

Work Environment:

  • Working within a creative team that includes designers, content writers, and digital advertising specialists.
  • May require attending client meetings to monitor performance and strategies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and keep up with the fast-changing social media landscape.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
