Content Creation Manager

Job Description:

Maven Events is seeking a highly creative and organized Content Creation Manager to lead and manage all aspects of content production across social media, digital platforms, and brand campaigns. This role requires strong storytelling ability, an eye for aesthetics, and experience working with visual teams, videographers, editors, and clients.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic and English, understands audience behavior across platforms, and can manage the content process from ideation to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead content planning, production, and execution across social and digital platforms
• Work closely with designers, photographers, videographers, and copywriters
• Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas tailored to each client’s brand
• Supervise shoots (photo/video), ensuring brand alignment and quality
• Manage editorial calendars, timelines, and deliverables for multiple clients
• Ensure content is optimized for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Monitor trends, competitor activity, and propose fresh, innovative content ideas
• Coordinate with account managers and clients to align on vision and feedback

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or creative production
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Strong portfolio showcasing content you’ve led or created
• Excellent organizational, creative direction, and leadership skills
• Understanding of visual trends, editing, and platform-specific formats
• Knowledge of production workflows and content performance metrics
• Ability to lead a creative team under tight deadlines
