Key Responsibilities for Social Media Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with the audience.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly analytics reports.
Content Creation
- Produce high-quality visual and written content aligned with the brand identity.
- Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, and creative campaigns.
- Work closely with designers and photographers to create compelling marketing materials.
Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns that support business goals.
- Assist in creating brochures, promotional materials, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Manage paid social media ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to maximize reach and conversions.
Brand & Market Development
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Suggest new strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work with sales, operations, and management teams to support company initiatives.
- Manage relationships with agencies, influencers, and external partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Proficient in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of paid advertising platforms and analytics tools.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Photography or videography knowledge
- Experience in real estate marketing (preferrably)
- SEO and website management skills
