Job Title: Pre-Primary Coordinator Location: Warangal Job Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Pre-Primary Coordinator to oversee teaching, curriculum, and parent engagement in our early childhood program. The role focuses on mentoring teachers, ensuring high-quality learning experiences, and supporting smooth school operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Mentor and guide Pre-Primary teachers through training, feedback, and classroom observations.</li><li>Oversee curriculum planning, report cards, events, and activities.</li><li>Coordinate field trips, parent workshops, and community engagement programs.</li><li>Support recruitment, teacher appraisals, and professional development.</li><li>Manage administrative needs such as materials, MIS data, and school communications.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Graduate/Postgraduate in Early Childhood Education or related field.</li><li>Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.</li><li>Familiarity with safeguarding and child protection policies.</li><li>Minimum [X years] experience in Early Childhood Education/Coordination.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;300,000.00 - &#8377;400,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
