Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Preschool Officer to oversee the operations of our preschools, support teaching staff, and ensure the delivery of a high-quality educational experience for young children. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood education and administrative management in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned preschools.
• Support preschool teachers in curriculum implementation and classroom management.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate training and professional development programs for teaching staff.
• Liaise with parents and address their queries or concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, staff performance, and preschool activities.
• Assist in preparing reports for management and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in preschool or early childhood education administration.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Open to travel to the preschools on regular interval or as and when required

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of modern preschool teaching methodologies.
• Experience in staff training and development.
• Familiarity with local educational regulations and compliance standards.
