AKX Investments is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to join our growing investment team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate reporting, forecasting, financial analysis, and investment evaluation.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries</li><li>Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports</li><li>Conduct internal audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance</li><li>Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models</li><li>Perform business forecasting and budgeting to support management decisions</li><li>Handle project accounting, including cost tracking and financial evaluation</li><li>Support financial planning and identify new business and investment opportunities</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government authorities</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and financial regulations</li><li>Manage VAT filing and Corporate Tax filing compliance in UAE</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely VAT return filing and Corporate Tax return filing in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) requirements</li><li>Assist in preparation and submission of Corporate Tax returns and related documentation</li><li>Support financial evaluation of projects, PPPs, and cross-border investments</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Professional certification required: CPA / ACCA / CMA</li><li>Strong experience in business forecasting, budgeting, and project accounting</li><li>Proficiency in RealSoft ERP business management software or similar ERP accounting systems.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and Corporate Tax compliance</li><li>Strong experience in VAT &amp; Corporate Tax return filing in UAE</li><li>Good understanding of financial reporting and audit processes</li><li>Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Experience in Group of Companies or Holding Company accounting is highly preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>are you worked in project-based accounting before?</li><li>do you hold any professional accounting certifications such as CA or ACCA?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>investment company: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

A.K.X Investments LLC SOC is looking for a highly experienced and reliable Public Relations Officer (PRO) / CEO Assistant to join our team in Dubai.The ideal candidate should have around 5 years of UAE experience with strong knowledge of government procedures, visa processing, labour and immigration matters, trade license renewals, company legal documentation, and the ability to provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO.Candidates with previous experience in an Investment Company, Holding Company, or Group of Companies will be given preference.Key Responsibilities:As PRO:<ul><li>Handle all visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labour/immigration procedures</li><li>Manage trade license renewals, company registrations, amendments, and approvals</li><li>Coordinate with MOHRE, Immigration, DED, Dubai Economy, Emirates ID, Medical, and other government authorities</li><li>Process employment visas, labour contracts, Emirates ID, medical appointments, and related documentation</li><li>Maintain all company legal documents and ensure timely renewals</li><li>Handle attestation, notarization, and official government submissions</li><li>Ensure company compliance with UAE legal and regulatory requirements</li></ul>As CEO Assistant:<ul><li>Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO</li><li>Manage the CEO&rsquo;s meetings, appointments, schedules, and follow-ups</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on behalf of the CEO</li><li>Prepare and organize documents, reports, official letters, and correspondence</li><li>Attend meetings when required and assist in recording action points and follow-ups</li><li>Handle confidential documents and sensitive company matters professionally</li><li>Support the CEO in day-to-day business coordination and special assignments</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in PRO / Government Relations</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, immigration, visa processing, and licensing procedures</li><li>Experience in executive support / CEO assistance / office coordination</li><li>Candidates with Investment Company / Holding Company / Group Company experience will be preferred</li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities</li><li>Strong organizational and documentation skills</li><li>Valid UAE driving license is an advantage</li><li>Must be currently available in the UAE</li></ul>Preferred Candidate:<ul><li>Experience working in an Investment Company or Group of Companies</li><li>Strong knowledge of corporate documentation, trade licenses, and legal formalities</li><li>Professional attitude with the ability to handle confidential matters</li><li>Arabic language is an advantage</li></ul>Salary:To be discussed based on experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Public Relations Officer (PRO) / CEO Assistant: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
