Job Role : - Procurement OfficerJob Location : - Al Ain Mills _ AjmanKey Responsibilities:&Oslash; Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of quality materials and services.&Oslash; Negotiation: Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.&Oslash; -Purchase Orders: Prepare and issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.&Oslash; Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure that adequate supplies are maintained without overstocking.&Oslash; Quality Assurance: Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that all purchased materials meet required specifications and standards.&Oslash; Cost Control: Track and report on key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.&Oslash; Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, supplier market conditions, and material availability.&Oslash; Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.&Oslash; Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including production, quality assurance, and finance, to align procurement activities with company objectives.Qualifications:&Oslash; Education: Minimum Diploma Level 4 in Procurement and Supply from the Chartered Institute of Procurement &amp; Supply (CIPS) or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree&Oslash; Experience: Minimum of 02 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the food manufacturing industry&Oslash; Preference to Arabic NationalsIf you meet the requirements or knows someone who fits for the job role, please send CV careers@alainmills.comJob Type: Full-time
