Logistics Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:-

* Manage fleet services such as Dispatch, Data update, repairs, preventive maintenance, and disposal in line with established policies and procedures.

* Ensure proper transport Vehicle Inbound and Out bound data is maintained.

* Ensure proper filing and documentation is in place for all vehicles.

* Inspect vehicles for compliance with maintenance requirements and ensure all vehicles are in good condition and reports of any damage are made by the driver concerned.

Ø Prepare timely reports of vehicle movement, fuel consumption, maintenance, accidents, and other fleet related issues.

Ø Coordinate the outbound operation with the production team based on the sales order plan.

Ø Manage and coordinate all logistics operations, including transportation, fleet management.

Ø Plan and track the delivery schedules of final products and wheat schedules according to operations requirements.

Ø Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of inbound and outbound deliveries.

Ø Meet compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies & procedures such as operational process standards

Ø Prepare and submit reports on delivery status, fleet management and cost savings.

Ø Reviewing purchase orders and delivery documents to ensure accuracy.

Ø Identify and resolve issues related to logistics and supply chain operations.

Qualifications & Skills: -

Ø Proven experience as logistics coordinator should have Min 05 years of UAE Experience

Ø High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Ø Prior experience as Logistics Coordinator at a Large Warehouse

Ø Sound knowledge of schedule deliveries in UAE Processes & Metrics, UAE Geographical areas.
