We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager &mdash; Sales to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing and managing relationships across three core market segments: Corporate clients, Small &amp; Medium Businesses (SMB), and Government &amp; Public Sector entities. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring a strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of the printing industry.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for corporate, SMB, and government segments.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.</li><li>Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.</li><li>Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.</li></ul>Corporate Sales<ul><li>Build and manage long-term relationships with corporate clients across industries such as banking, hospitality, retail, real estate, and media.</li><li>Promote the full range of printing services including brochures, annual reports, corporate stationery, marketing collateral, and branded packaging.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and framework agreements for recurring print requirements.</li></ul>SMB (Small &amp; Medium Business) Sales<ul><li>Proactively approach and onboard SMB clients across Qatar.</li><li>Offer flexible, cost-effective print solutions suited to smaller budgets and shorter run lengths.</li><li>Provide end-to-end support from concept to final delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.</li></ul>Government &amp; Public Sector Sales<ul><li>Identify and pursue tenders, RFQs, and procurement opportunities from government ministries, semi-government bodies, and public institutions.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with government procurement regulations and tender submission requirements.</li><li>Build strong working relationships with procurement officers and decision-makers within public entities.</li><li>Manage government accounts with a high standard of service, accuracy, and confidentiality.</li></ul>Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with client interactions, pipeline status, and follow-up activities.</li><li>Conduct regular client visits, needs assessments, and satisfaction reviews.</li><li>Resolve client complaints and escalations promptly and professionally.</li></ul>Team Leadership &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Support the Sales Manager in setting team targets and monitoring performance.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior sales staff and coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams.</li><li>Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and client feedback to management.</li><li>Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company brand.</li></ul>Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
