We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager — Sales to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing and managing relationships across three core market segments: Corporate clients, Small & Medium Businesses (SMB), and Government & Public Sector entities. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring a strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of the printing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for corporate, SMB, and government segments.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Corporate Sales
- Build and manage long-term relationships with corporate clients across industries such as banking, hospitality, retail, real estate, and media.
- Promote the full range of printing services including brochures, annual reports, corporate stationery, marketing collateral, and branded packaging.
- Negotiate contracts and framework agreements for recurring print requirements.
SMB (Small & Medium Business) Sales
- Proactively approach and onboard SMB clients across Qatar.
- Offer flexible, cost-effective print solutions suited to smaller budgets and shorter run lengths.
- Provide end-to-end support from concept to final delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Government & Public Sector Sales
- Identify and pursue tenders, RFQs, and procurement opportunities from government ministries, semi-government bodies, and public institutions.
- Ensure full compliance with government procurement regulations and tender submission requirements.
- Build strong working relationships with procurement officers and decision-makers within public entities.
- Manage government accounts with a high standard of service, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with client interactions, pipeline status, and follow-up activities.
- Conduct regular client visits, needs assessments, and satisfaction reviews.
- Resolve client complaints and escalations promptly and professionally.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Support the Sales Manager in setting team targets and monitoring performance.
- Mentor and guide junior sales staff and coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and client feedback to management.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company brand.
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
