We require a Customer Service Representative (ArabFemale Only) for inbound and outbound calls. Candidates will contact clients over the phone and email to offer information on our products &amp; services while simultaneously noting the customer&rsquo;s information. Will also be required to perform other calling-based tasks.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct warm leads calling sessions to provide product &amp; service information to interested customers.</li><li>Conduct survey calls to assist with customer satisfaction reports and record customer feedback/complaints.</li><li>Present initial financing options based on customer needs.</li><li>Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.</li><li>Other CSR duties.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bilingual &ndash; fluency in Arabic and English is a MUST.</li><li>At least 1 year of previous experience in customer service or matching roles. Automotive experience is a plus.</li><li>Team player attitude.</li><li>Prompt and courteous over the phone and in person.</li><li>Enthusiastic and pleasing personality.</li><li>Must have strong computer skills, in particular MS Excel.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Customer service: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li><li>English (Required)</li></ul>
