An Automotive dealership requires a Customer Service Representative (ArabFemale Only) for inbound and outbound calls. Candidates will contact clients over the phone, WhatsApp & email to offer information on our products & services while simultaneously noting the customer’s information. Will also be required to perform other call-based tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct calls to provide product & service information to interested customers.
- Conduct survey calls to assist with customer satisfaction reports and record customer feedback/complaints.
- Offer specific infromation based on customer needs.
- Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, etc.
- Other customer service representative duties.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual – fluency in Arabic and English is a MUST.
- At least 1 year of previous experience in customer service or matching roles. Automotive experience is a plus.
- Team player attitude.
- Well-spoken and courteous over the phone and in person.
- Enthusiastic and pleasing personality.
- Must have strong computer skills, in particular MS Excel.
