1. Key Responsibilities1. Tour Coordination &amp; Operations<ul><li>Assist in organizing and operating Group and FIT tours as per confirmed itineraries.</li><li>Coordinate logistics including transportation, hotel bookings, activities, and tour guides.</li><li>Monitor daily tour activities and ensure all arrangements are executed smoothly.</li><li>Support in resolving minor operational issues to maintain service quality.</li></ul>2. Guest Service &amp; Communication<ul><li>Assist guests during arrival, departure, and throughout their stay when assigned.</li><li>Respond to guest inquiries professionally and promptly.</li><li>Support tour leaders and guides by ensuring they have accurate information and timely updates.</li><li>Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the guest journey.</li></ul>3. Administrative Support<ul><li>Assist in data entry, filing, and maintaining operational reports.</li><li>Prepare tour expense reports and support reconciliation of invoices with the finance team.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date tour files and records.</li><li>Support the Operations Manager with daily administrative and logistical tasks.</li></ul>4. Coordination with Internal Teams<ul><li>Communicate with sales, reservations, and accounts teams to ensure smooth tour operations.</li><li>Provide operational feedback to improve service efficiency and quality.</li><li>Prepare tour documents such as vouchers, itineraries, guest lists, and name tags.</li><li>Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and activity suppliers for confirmations and updates.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).</li><li>0&ndash;2 years of experience in tourism, travel, or hospitality (fresh graduates welcome).</li><li>Basic knowledge of tour operations and travel logistics.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons.</li></ul>Key Skills<ul><li>Customer service orientation</li><li>Time management</li><li>Problem solving</li><li>Multitasking ability</li><li>Coordination and communication</li><li>Attention to detail</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
