1. Key Responsibilities1. Tour Coordination & Operations
- Assist in organizing and operating Group and FIT tours as per confirmed itineraries.
- Coordinate logistics including transportation, hotel bookings, activities, and tour guides.
- Monitor daily tour activities and ensure all arrangements are executed smoothly.
- Support in resolving minor operational issues to maintain service quality.
2. Guest Service & Communication
- Assist guests during arrival, departure, and throughout their stay when assigned.
- Respond to guest inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Support tour leaders and guides by ensuring they have accurate information and timely updates.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the guest journey.
3. Administrative Support
- Assist in data entry, filing, and maintaining operational reports.
- Prepare tour expense reports and support reconciliation of invoices with the finance team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tour files and records.
- Support the Operations Manager with daily administrative and logistical tasks.
4. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Communicate with sales, reservations, and accounts teams to ensure smooth tour operations.
- Provide operational feedback to improve service efficiency and quality.
- Prepare tour documents such as vouchers, itineraries, guest lists, and name tags.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and activity suppliers for confirmations and updates.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in tourism, travel, or hospitality (fresh graduates welcome).
- Basic knowledge of tour operations and travel logistics.
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons.
