CLUSTER SALES EXECUTIVE – LEISURE (RIYADH BASED)

Summary

Role Purpose

Support leisure segment growth by managing day-to-day trade partner requests, rate distribution checks, content accuracy, and small booking conversions for both properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service leisure agencies and luxury advisors: availability checks, quotations, confirmations, and amendments.
  • Ensure accurate rate loading, content, and images across channels in coordination with eCommerce.
  • Track campaign performance, co-op deliverables, and produce weekly production reports.
  • Coordinate trade trainings, webinars, and fam logistics; maintain partner databases.
  • Escalate VVIP/complex itineraries to Sales Manager; secure deposits and documentation.

KPIs

  • Response SLAs and conversion ratio.
  • Content parity and distribution accuracy.
  • Campaign/reporting timeliness and partner satisfaction.
  • Revenue from self-handled files.


Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–3 years in leisure/travel trade or DMC/TA background.
  • Detail-oriented; Arabic & English.

Other Requirements

  • Occasional evening/weekend work around holiday peaks; travel for fam hosting as needed.
