Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Duties and Responsibilities:</li><li>Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.</li><li>Assign rooms and issue room keys.</li><li>Handle all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.</li><li>Manage online, phone, and walk-in reservations.</li><li>Provide accurate information about room rates, availability, hotel services, and amenities.</li><li>Respond promptly to guests&rsquo; queries, concerns, or complaints, ensuring high guest satisfaction.</li><li>Inform guests about payment methods and verify credit card details.</li><li>Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean, well-maintained, and ready for new guests.</li><li>Upsell additional services and facilities (e.g., rooms, dining options) where appropriate.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bookings, guest information, and payments.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent, Hotel Receptionist, or similar role in the hospitality industry.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and helpful attitude.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Good organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Familiarity with hotel booking software and front desk systems is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.</li></ul>Company Benefits:<ul><li>Visa sponsorship provided</li><li>Medical insurance coverage</li><li>Free staff accommodation</li><li>Complimentary duty meals</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED1,600.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
