Job Title: Landscape DraftsmanLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAE Company: Al Bahri Engineering Consultancy &amp; Interior DesignJob DescriptionAl Bahri Engineering Consultancy &amp; Interior Design is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Landscape Draftsman to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in preparing landscape design and construction drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare detailed landscape drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and construction details using AutoCAD and other relevant software.</li><li>Develop hardscape and softscape layouts in accordance with project requirements and local authority regulations.</li><li>Coordinate with landscape architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.</li><li>Prepare planting plans, irrigation layouts, and landscape details.</li><li>Revise drawings based on design changes, consultant comments, and authority requirements.</li><li>Ensure all drawings comply with UAE standards, regulations, and project specifications.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of submission documents for authority approvals.</li><li>Maintain organized records of drawings and project documentation.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Drafting, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Landscape Draftsman.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.</li><li>Knowledge of landscape design standards, irrigation systems, and planting plans.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE authority submission requirements and regulations.</li><li>Experience with SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or other visualization software is an advantage.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.</li><li>Excellent coordination and communication skills.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package (based on experience and qualifications).</li><li>Professional and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Opportunity to work on diverse and prestigious projects across the UAE.</li><li>Career growth and development opportunities.</li></ul>How to Apply: Interested candidates may send their CV and portfolio to hr@albahriconsult.com with the subject line: &quot;Application &ndash; Landscape Draftsman&quot;Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Landscape Drafting: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
