Job Description

Al Bahri Engineering Consultancy & Interior Design is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Landscape Draftsman to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in preparing landscape design and construction drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed landscape drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and construction details using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Develop hardscape and softscape layouts in accordance with project requirements and local authority regulations.
• Coordinate with landscape architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
• Prepare planting plans, irrigation layouts, and landscape details.
• Revise drawings based on design changes, consultant comments, and authority requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with UAE standards, regulations, and project specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of submission documents for authority approvals.
• Maintain organized records of drawings and project documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Drafting, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Landscape Draftsman.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Knowledge of landscape design standards, irrigation systems, and planting plans.
• Familiarity with UAE authority submission requirements and regulations.
• Experience with SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or other visualization software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
