Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for HVAC - INDUSTRIAL projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.</li><li>Review project specifications, drawings, and other documents to understand the scope of work and required deliverables.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure comprehensive and accurate estimates.</li><li>Analyze and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitiveness and compliance with project requirements.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials and services.</li><li>Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and bid reviews as needed.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and schedules.</li><li>Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to management on budget adherence and any potential overruns.</li><li>Utilize estimation software and tools to streamline the estimation process and improve accuracy.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience in HVAC industrial Ducts and Rotary Equipment.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC estimation, preferably within the construction industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices.</li><li>Proficiency in AUTOCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>HVAC: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>

HVAC Engineer

Responsibilities - Prepare accurate and detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates.- Analyze project requirements and develop cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment. - Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project scope and timelines. - Review blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates. - Utilize quantum engineering techniques to optimize project costs. - Present estimates and proposals to clients or management.- Prepares the packages of inquiries and send the inquiries to different suppliers/subcontractors.- Prepares the comparison between the different suppliers/subcontractors based on the tender document and discuss with Senior Estimation Engineer.- Follow up quotations. Filling and verification of BOQ. - Take-off quantities as instructed by the Senior EstimationQualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. - Proven experience as an Estimation Engineer or similar role. - Proficiency in using estimation software ,interpreting engineering drawings &amp; using AutoCAD - Strong analytical and mathematical skills. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractExperience:<ul><li>ESTIMATION - INDUSTRIAL projects : 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
