Responsibilities - Prepare accurate and detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates.- Analyze project requirements and develop cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment. - Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project scope and timelines. - Review blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates. - Utilize quantum engineering techniques to optimize project costs. - Present estimates and proposals to clients or management.- Prepares the packages of inquiries and send the inquiries to different suppliers/subcontractors.- Prepares the comparison between the different suppliers/subcontractors based on the tender document and discuss with Senior Estimation Engineer.- Follow up quotations. Filling and verification of BOQ. - Take-off quantities as instructed by the Senior EstimationQualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. - Proven experience as an Estimation Engineer or similar role. - Proficiency in using estimation software ,interpreting engineering drawings &amp; using AutoCAD - Strong analytical and mathematical skills. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you currently in Oman ?</li><li>Are you immediately available and Inside Oman ?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Estimation: 5 years (Required)</li><li>Quantity Surveyor: 3 years (Required)</li><li>AutoCAD: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Civil Drawings estimation &amp; BOQ: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Mechanical Drawings BOQ &amp; estimation: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Site Visit &amp; Survey: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>
