Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to help ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while contributing to a positive and professional work environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Accounts receivable</li><li>Assist with Marketing / Advertising collaboration</li><li>Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner</li><li>Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate ordering as needed</li><li>Support staff with clerical tasks as needed</li><li>Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming office environment</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing mail</li><li>Bank Deposits</li><li>Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and coordinate repairs when necessary</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous office support experience (preferred)</li><li>Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management abilities</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>Office-based setting with standard business hours</li></ul>Pay: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
