Office Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to help ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while contributing to a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts receivable
  • Assist with Marketing / Advertising collaboration
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate ordering as needed
  • Support staff with clerical tasks as needed
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming office environment
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Bank Deposits
  • Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and coordinate repairs when necessary

Qualifications:

  • Previous office support experience (preferred)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Work Environment:

  • Office-based setting with standard business hours

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
