 Role Description
 
 
 
 This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Riyadh. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, managing accounts, handling client communications, and developing strategies to achieve business objectives. Daily tasks will include understanding client needs, collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for business growth and preparing reports on account activities and performance.
 
 
 
 Qualifications

 Strong relationship management, customer service, and client communication skills

 Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting

 Fluency in English and knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable
 </li>

 Experience in the software, technology, or services industry is preferred
