A Site Surveyor is responsible for conducting land and construction site measurements, setting out works, and ensuring accurate positioning of structures as per approved drawings and project requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct site surveys and collect accurate measurements.</li><li>Set out building, road, and structural layouts as per drawings.</li><li>Verify levels, elevations, and coordinates on site.</li><li>Use surveying equipment such as total station, auto level, and GPS.</li><li>Prepare survey reports, data sheets, and as-built drawings.</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers and construction teams.</li><li>Ensure accuracy in marking and alignment of structures.</li><li>Maintain survey equipment and records.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering / Surveying.</li><li>5 years of experience as a Site Surveyor in construction.</li><li>Strong knowledge of surveying instruments and methods.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.</li><li>Experience in setting out works for buildings/roads.</li><li>Good accuracy, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.</li></ul>Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Site Surveyor

A Draftsman is responsible for preparing technical drawings, plans, and layouts based on engineers&rsquo; and architects&rsquo; specifications for construction projects.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.</li><li>Convert sketches, designs, and specifications into technical drawings.</li><li>Update and modify drawings as per project requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams.</li><li>Ensure drawings comply with project standards and codes.</li><li>Maintain drawing records and documentation.</li><li>Assist in preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or Certificate in Drafting / Civil / Architecture.</li><li>2-5 years of experience as a Draftsman.</li><li>Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (Revit is an advantage).</li><li>Ability to read and understand technical drawings.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
