A Site Surveyor is responsible for conducting land and construction site measurements, setting out works, and ensuring accurate positioning of structures as per approved drawings and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys and collect accurate measurements.
  • Set out building, road, and structural layouts as per drawings.
  • Verify levels, elevations, and coordinates on site.
  • Use surveying equipment such as total station, auto level, and GPS.
  • Prepare survey reports, data sheets, and as-built drawings.
  • Coordinate with site engineers and construction teams.
  • Ensure accuracy in marking and alignment of structures.
  • Maintain survey equipment and records.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Surveying.
  • 5 years of experience as a Site Surveyor in construction.
  • Strong knowledge of surveying instruments and methods.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
  • Experience in setting out works for buildings/roads.
  • Good accuracy, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
