Site Surveyor

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Site Surveyor to join our Closets & Kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate site measurements for kitchens, wardrobes, and customized storage solutions, ensuring precise data for design, fabrication, and installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and measurements for kitchens, wardrobes, closets, and other custom joinery works.
• Verify site conditions, wall alignments, floor levels, ceiling heights, and service points (MEP).
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, and production teams to ensure accurate transfer of site data.
• Prepare and submit site survey reports, sketches, and measurement drawings.
• Identify site constraints and propose practical technical solutions.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and main contractors when required.
• Support installation teams by resolving site-related issues during execution.
• Ensure measurements comply with company standards and project requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Site Surveyor, preferably in closets, kitchens, or interior fit-out.
• UAE experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of measurement techniques and site surveying tools.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (basic drafting and mark-ups).
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
