Fresher surveyor

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresh Land Survey Associate to join our surveying team. The candidate will assist senior surveyors in conducting land and construction surveys, collecting field data, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate measurements for engineering and construction projects.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in land surveying or civil engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
• Operate surveying equipment such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and data collectors.
• Collect field measurements and survey data accurately.
• Support senior surveyors in site layout, leveling, and setting out works.
• Prepare survey sketches, maps, and reports.
• Assist in processing survey data using AutoCAD and surveying software.
• Verify measurements and maintain proper survey records.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams.
• Follow safety standards and company procedures during field operations.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration checks on survey equipment.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience.
• Basic knowledge of surveying instruments and techniques.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good mathematical and analytical skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and travel to project sites.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of GPS and Total Station operations.
• Understanding of construction drawings and site layouts.
• Ability to learn quickly and work under supervision.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
