Senior Surveyor

Job Responsibilities

• Perform all types of land and construction surveying works including setting out, levelling, and measurements.
• Establish project control points and benchmarks.
• Conduct site surveys using total station, GPS, auto level, and other surveying equipment.
• Prepare survey reports, coordinates, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure accurate setting out of buildings, structural elements, roads, utilities, and MEP services.
• Verify drawings and coordinate with engineers, site teams, and consultants.
• Monitor and maintain survey records and documentation.
• Perform quantity measurements and support QS/engineering teams when required.
• Conduct final inspections and prepare as-built survey data.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure works are executed as per approved drawings.
• Maintain calibration and proper usage of survey instruments.
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior surveyors.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 8—12 years of experience in construction surveying.
• o Strong experience in UAE construction projects preferred.
• Experience in villa, mansion, high-rise, infrastructure, or major building projects.
• Experience handling site setting out and as-built survey works.
• Ability to work independently and manage survey activities on site.
• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and survey software.
• Proficient in using Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level.
• Good understanding of civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards and procedures.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
