 Overview Of The Role
 
 
 
 The Jr. HRBP will manage and maintain all HR processes and policies for the Automotive Business function. This role is responsible for providing HR advice/guidance and to promote employee engagement within the organization.
 
 
 
 What You Will Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure the HR function of the business is managed in accordance within each countries local legislation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide consultative advice to managers and staff on a wide range of HR matters including discipline/grievance and performance management, meeting attendance, investigation reports and other HR related records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Acting as a trusted advisor to senior line management on all human capital management matters. Case reports and summary resolutions provided.
 </li>
 <li>
 Having a deep understanding of the business, and in particular the sources of profit and the cost base, to implement HR strategies and practices that support robust business growth; reinforce a culture of performance focus, meritocracy and diversity; and comply with Group HR policy. Communicating HR plans and progress to the Business Unit.
 </li>
 <li>
 Meetings with Finance, P&amp;L reports from Finance Department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring annual manpower budgeting exercise is conducted accurately and efficiently across all stores regionally, focus on measuring the employee engagement of the business units and take actions necessary to improve it, Manpower Exercise meetings and discussions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assistance in consolidation of reports for businesses under Automotive will be an additional responsibility. Submission of monthly IR for the overall automotive.
 </li>
 <li>
 Submissions of all types of Increments as a whole and review of HR cases received from business.
 </li>
 <li>
 Filter of any HR decisions that concerns Automotive within the confidentiality level.
 </li>
 <li>
 People Strategy updates and quarter presentations

 What Equips You For The Role

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience within a matrix organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience within the automotive industry is an added advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 CIPD or equivalent professional certification preferred.

 Overview Of The Role
 
 
 
 We are looking for a skilled Technician to join our Service Department in Qatar. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering high-quality service and repairs on customer vehicles, ensuring dealer standards are met and contributing to workshop revenue through technical efficiency and productivity.
 
 
 
 What You Will Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Execute service and repair jobs promptly as per the repair order and schedule.
 </li>
 <li>
 Diagnose and troubleshoot issues accurately to ensure &ldquo;Fix it Right First Time.&rdquo;
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain tools, equipment, and work bays in line with company standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare repair estimates and report additional jobs with cost implications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete required training and certifications, including annual skills contests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and report incidents promptly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in workshop meetings and adhere to standard operating procedures.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Skills To Be Successful
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 ITI/Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 2&ndash;3 years of experience as a Technician in an automotive dealership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong technical skills in automotive repair and diagnostics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle special tools and equipment safely and effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic PC skills and familiarity with workshop manuals and wiring diagrams.
 
 
 </li>
