<ul><li>Job Summary:</li></ul>We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Store Keeper to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our storage and inventory systems. The Store Keeper will ensure the smooth receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, maintaining accurate records, and supporting stock control functions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Inventory Management:</li><li>Receive, inspect, and store products and materials in accordance with company procedures.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and reorder items as necessary to ensure that the store remains well-stocked.</li><li>Perform regular stock checks and update inventory records accordingly.</li><li>Order Fulfillment:</li><li>Ensure the accurate and timely picking, packing, and delivery of products to other departments or customers as needed.</li><li>Ensure that all orders are properly documented and processed according to procedures.</li><li>Stock Organization:</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the storage area.</li><li>Label items and manage shelving systems for efficient access.</li><li>Organize and categorize goods for easy identification and access.</li><li>Record Keeping:</li><li>Maintain detailed and accurate inventory records, including incoming and outgoing stock.</li><li>Update inventory management systems regularly.</li><li>Prepare and submit stock reports as requested by the supervisor.</li><li>Quality Control:</li><li>Inspect incoming stock for quality and accuracy.</li><li>Report damaged or defective goods to the relevant department and ensure they are removed from inventory.</li><li>Safety &amp; Compliance:</li><li>Adhere to health and safety regulations for storage and handling of goods.</li><li>Ensure proper stock rotation and prevent damage, spoilage, or theft.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Good understanding of inventory management and stock control systems.</li><li>Ability to lift and move goods if Required.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Knowledge of health and safety procedures in a store or warehouse environment.</li><li>Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, inventory management software)</li><li>Basic Knowledge or User experience oodo Will be a plus.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Certification in inventory management or logistics (preferred but not required).</li><li>0-1 Years Experience</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English and Hindi (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Sharjah (Preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED2,800.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>store keeping: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>
