 Role Overview
 
 
 
 
 The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost estimation, quantity take-offs, budgeting, and commercial coordination for waterproofing and flooring projects.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Prepare quantity take-offs based on drawings and specifications
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and material forecasts
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Monitor project costs and support cost control activities
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Prepare and evaluate subcontractor and supplier comparisons
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Assist in interim valuations, variations, and final accounts
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement team
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Maintain accurate project cost records and documentation
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Minimum 2 years of QS experience in the UAE construction industry
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Experience in waterproofing and flooring works is an advantage
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, and rate analysis
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Proficient in MS Excel and quantity surveying tools
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Good analytical and coordination skills
