 Car Carrier Operations Director
 
 
 
 To lead and oversee all operations related to car carrier transportation, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high-quality service delivery while optimizing operational performance and reducing costs.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>

 Oversee day-to-day car carrier operations, ensuring timely and safe delivery of vehicles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and schedule truck routes to ensure on-time deliveries with minimal operational costs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the fleet of car carriers, ensuring regular maintenance and upgrades.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and supervise operational teams, including drivers and logistics personnel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with other departments such as customer service, maintenance, and warehousing to ensure seamless operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve operational effectiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with all traffic, transportation, and environmental regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle operational emergencies and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 10 years of experience in transportation or logistics, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of transportation systems and vehicle tracking technologies (e.g., GPS, ERP systems).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with local and international heavy vehicle regulations.
 </li>
