 Job Summary
 
 
 
 The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for supervising end-to-end talent acquisition activities to meet the organization&rsquo;s manpower requirements. The role ensures effective recruitment planning, team supervision, stakeholder coordination, and timely hiring in line with business objectives.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise daily talent acquisition operations and support the recruitment team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and monitor recruitment plans, pipelines, and hiring timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure recruitment targets are met within agreed SLAs, timelines, and budgets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review candidate shortlists, interviews, offers, and joining status.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and regular updates for management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes and practices.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Minimum 5+ years of experience
 
 in talent acquisition or recruitment, including team supervision.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and sourcing channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 ِAdvanced English is required.
 </li>
