KEY REQUIREMENTS:For those who are based in Abu Dhabi and are available to join immediately.Looking for an accountant to join a Real Estate Brokerage Company in Abu DhabiIf you are interested or know someone suitable, please share your CV at danish@evrem.ae or sent it at WhatsApp 0549941343.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage all accounting transactions</li><li>Prepare budget forecasts</li><li>Publish financial statements in time</li><li>Handle monthly, quarterly, annual closings and finalization of accounts.</li><li>Reconcile accounts payable and receivable</li><li>Ensure timely bank payments</li><li>Cash flow Management.</li><li>Compute taxes, prepare tax returns and has high knowledge with UAE tax procedures and regulations.</li><li>Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements</li><li>Report on the company&rsquo;s financial health and liquidity</li><li>Comply with financial policies and regulations</li></ul>Skills and Requirements<ul><li>Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)</li><li>Hands-on experience with accounting software</li><li>Advanced MS Excel skills</li><li>Experience with general ledger functions</li><li>Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills</li><li>BSC in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Accounting: 6 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
