Looking for an accountant to join a Real Estate Brokerage Company in Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Publish financial statements in time
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, annual closings and finalization of accounts.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Cash flow Management.
  • Compute taxes, prepare tax returns and has high knowledge with UAE tax procedures and regulations.
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations

Skills and Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Experience with general ledger functions
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • BSC in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

  • Accounting: 6 years (Required)
