Site / Project EngineerA specialized vehicle manufacturing and conversion company is seeking an experienced Site / Project Engineer to oversee the construction of a new industrial manufacturing facility in Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), Dubai, UAE.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Communicate with construction contractors and evaluate technical and commercial proposals.</li><li>Supervise all site activities and ensure project execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.</li><li>Manage and coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical contractors.</li><li>Liaise with consultants, authorities, and JAFZA administration to ensure smooth project progress.</li><li>Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with technical requirements and safety regulations.</li><li>Track project schedules and prepare regular progress reports.</li><li>Review completed works and participate in inspections, testing, and handover procedures.</li><li>Oversee steel structure works, industrial warehouses, MEP services, and fire protection systems.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising industrial projects, factories, warehouses, or large-scale construction projects.</li><li>Proven experience in contractor management and site execution.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and project planning software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.</li><li>Good knowledge of UAE construction regulations, industrial standards, and Civil Defense requirements.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license is preferred.</li></ul>Employment TypeFull-TimeLanguage:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>UAE Driving License (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
