Site / Project Engineer

A specialized vehicle manufacturing and conversion company is seeking an experienced Site / Project Engineer to oversee the construction of a new industrial manufacturing facility in Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with construction contractors and evaluate technical and commercial proposals.
• Supervise all site activities and ensure project execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical contractors.
• Liaise with consultants, authorities, and JAFZA administration to ensure smooth project progress.
• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with technical requirements and safety regulations.
• Track project schedules and prepare regular progress reports.
• Review completed works and participate in inspections, testing, and handover procedures.
• Oversee steel structure works, industrial warehouses, MEP services, and fire protection systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising industrial projects, factories, warehouses, or large-scale construction projects.
• Proven experience in contractor management and site execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and project planning software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Good knowledge of UAE construction regulations, industrial standards, and Civil Defense requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
