Job Title: Senior Inventory / Credit Control OfficerLocation: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Industry: Hospitality &amp; Food &amp; Beverage Job Type: Full-TimeJob DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Inventory / Credit Control Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in hospitality and F&amp;B operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records while ensuring effective credit control processes.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management<ul><li>Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts across all outlets.</li><li>Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, wastages, and shortages.</li><li>Ensure accurate posting of goods received, transfers, returns, and stock adjustments.</li><li>Coordinate closely with procurement, stores, and kitchen teams to optimize stock usage.</li><li>Analyze inventory variances and submit reports with corrective recommendations.</li><li>Implement and maintain strong internal controls for inventory handling.</li></ul>Credit Control<ul><li>Manage customer credit accounts, limits, and payment terms.</li><li>Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.</li><li>Reconcile customer statements and resolve billing disputes.</li><li>Monitor credit risks and prepare aging reports.</li><li>Maintain updated records of invoices, receipts, and collections.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 4&ndash;6 years of experience in inventory and credit control within the Hospitality or F&amp;B sector.</li><li>Strong understanding of POS systems, ERP software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, FMC, OMEGA), and MS Excel.</li><li>Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations (preferred).</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Annual benefits as per UAE Labour Law.</li><li>Career development opportunities.</li><li>Dynamic and supportive work environment.</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates may submit their CVs through Indeed or email their resume to: careers@alkhalil.ae Please mention &ldquo;Senior Inventory / Credit Control Officer &ndash; Applicant&rdquo; in the subject line.Job Type: Full-time
