About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant with strong experience in the Hospitality and F&B sector to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will manage daily financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support management with financial insights to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor cost control, inventory, and revenue for F&B outlets
• Handle VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA)
• Analyze financial data and provide reports to management
• Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, and suppliers
• Supervise junior accounting staff (if applicable)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in Hospitality or F&B
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP, QuickBooks, Tally, Oracle, etc.)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in multi-outlet F&B operations
• Knowledge of cost control and menu engineering concepts
• Advanced Excel skills
