We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Officer to handle the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow by managing documentation, coordinating with departments, and maintaining a professional office environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage office supplies, maintenance, and equipment.</li><li>Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems (digital and manual).</li><li>Support HR and Accounts departments in administrative tasks when required.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.</li><li>Prepare reports, letters, and internal communications.</li><li>Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED1,700.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
