Restaurant Service staff

We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have good customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide professional table service.
• Present menus and assist customers with food and beverage selections.
• Take accurate orders and coordinate with the kitchen team.
• Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
• Handle customer requests and provide a pleasant dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
• Process customer bills and payments accurately.
• Support the team during busy service hours.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter or in restaurant/hospitality service.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Fluency in Urdu/Hindi with basic English communication.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit and comfortable working long hours.
• Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude.
