Job DescriptionThe Customer Service &amp; Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with clients, handling inquiries, promoting products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour and a passion for sales.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, social media, and in-person inquiries.</li><li>Promote and sell products or services during events, exhibitions, and store interactions.</li><li>Assist clients in selecting clothing, accessories, or event packages according to their needs.</li><li>Handle order processing, billing, and follow-ups with clients.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback.</li><li>Support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.</li><li>Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.</li><li>Coordinate with the marketing and production teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.</li><li>Achieve individual and team sales targets.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.</li><li>Experience in customer service, sales, or retail, preferably in clothing, events, or exhibitions.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented attitude.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure during events and exhibitions.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, or POS systems is a plus.</li><li>Flexibility to work during events, weekends, and exhibitions.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Sales-driven and goal-oriented</li><li>Team player with a positive attitude</li><li>Attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle customer queries efficiently</li><li>Professional and presentable appearance, especially for client-facing events</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
