Job Description
The Customer Service & Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with clients, handling inquiries, promoting products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, social media, and in-person inquiries.
- Promote and sell products or services during events, exhibitions, and store interactions.
- Assist clients in selecting clothing, accessories, or event packages according to their needs.
- Handle order processing, billing, and follow-ups with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback.
- Support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate with the marketing and production teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or retail, preferably in clothing, events, or exhibitions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure during events and exhibitions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, or POS systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to work during events, weekends, and exhibitions.
