Customer Service/Sales Representative

Job Description

The Customer Service & Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with clients, handling inquiries, promoting products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, social media, and in-person inquiries.
  • Promote and sell products or services during events, exhibitions, and store interactions.
  • Assist clients in selecting clothing, accessories, or event packages according to their needs.
  • Handle order processing, billing, and follow-ups with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and production teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or retail, preferably in clothing, events, or exhibitions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure during events and exhibitions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, or POS systems is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work during events, weekends, and exhibitions.
