1. Company Cash Flow Management:&middot; Prepare daily reports on the company's cash position.&middot; Monitor all company bank accounts daily and perform regular bank reconciliations.&middot; Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data for accurate cash flow forecasting.&middot; Ensure adequate liquidity is available to fund operational activities and meet the company&rsquo;s obligations.&middot; Forecasting of medium and long-term funding and hedging requirements where applicable.&middot; Conducting scenario and risk analysis&middot; Daily cash management and debt facilities reporting.&middot; Support the month-end process where necessary&middot; Responsible for coordinating client&rsquo;s checks and making the daily cash and non-cash transactions report.&middot; Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.&middot; Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.&middot; Prepare annual Budget for planning and analysis, to enhance cash flow management &amp; Optimized resource allocation &amp; effective debt management &amp; identify and mitigate risks.2. Owner Financial Flows Management:&middot; Monitor and manage the dedicated bank accounts for each property/owner, ensuring all revenues and expenses are recorded accurately.&middot; Ensure timely payments to owners (net proceeds) in accordance with property management agreements.&middot; Prepare detailed, periodic financial reports for each owner, outlining the cash movement of their properties.&middot; Forecasting of medium and long-term funding and hedging requirements where applicable.3. Reporting and Analysis:&middot; Prepare and submit regular treasury reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to the Financial Manager.&middot; Analyze cash flows to identify any variances or potential challenges.&middot; Cooperate with the accounting team to ensure the accuracy of accounting data that impacts cash reports.4.
