Hiring: Pre-Sales &amp; Network Engineer &ndash; Cairo, EgyptWe are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales &amp; Network Engineer to join our growing team in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with customer-facing and solution-design capabilities.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle from a technical perspective.</li><li>Gather and analyze customer requirements and design suitable solutions.</li><li>Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, and project documentation.</li><li>Develop:</li><li>HLD (High Level Design)</li><li>LLD (Low Level Design)</li><li>Scope of Work</li><li>As-Built Documentation</li><li>Respond to RFQs, RFIs, and technical inquiries.</li><li>Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.</li><li>Conduct site surveys and customer meetings when required.</li><li>Provide technical training and post-sales support.</li><li>Assist implementation teams with configuration changes and troubleshooting.</li><li>Troubleshoot LAN and WAN connectivity issues.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities, vendors, suppliers, and technology partners.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering,Computer , Information Technology, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Network Engineering, or a similar role.</li><li>CCNA certification is required.</li><li>CCIE certification is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with:</li><li>Cisco</li><li>HPE</li><li>Aruba</li><li>Strong knowledge of Routing &amp; Switching technologies.</li><li>Good understanding of:</li><li>Structured Cabling Systems</li><li>Passive Infrastructure</li><li>Physical Security Systems</li><li>CCTV</li><li>Access Control</li><li>IT Infrastructure Solutions</li><li>Experience using Microsoft Visio for network and solution design.</li><li>Excellent presentation, communication, and documentation skills.</li><li>Fluent in both Arabic and English.</li><li>Willingness to travel for site surveys and customer meetings when required.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Enterprise Network Design.</li><li>Network Security Fundamentals.</li><li>Wireless Networking Solutions.</li><li>Vendor Management and Technical Proposal Writing.</li></ul>If you are passionate about networking technologies and customer engagement, we would love to hear from you.Please send your CV with the subject: Pre-Sales &amp; Network Engineer &ndash; CairoWork Location: In person
