Pre-Sales Network Engineer

Hiring: Pre-Sales & Network Engineer – Cairo, Egypt

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales & Network Engineer to join our growing team in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with customer-facing and solution-design capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle from a technical perspective.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements and design suitable solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, and project documentation.
• Develop:
• HLD (High Level Design)
• LLD (Low Level Design)
• Scope of Work
• As-Built Documentation
• Respond to RFQs, RFIs, and technical inquiries.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Conduct site surveys and customer meetings when required.
• Provide technical training and post-sales support.
• Assist implementation teams with configuration changes and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot LAN and WAN connectivity issues.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities, vendors, suppliers, and technology partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering,Computer , Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Network Engineering, or a similar role.
• CCNA certification is required.
• CCIE certification is highly preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Cisco
• HPE
• Aruba
• Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching technologies.
• Good understanding of:
• Structured Cabling Systems
• Passive Infrastructure
• Physical Security Systems
• CCTV
• Access Control
• IT Infrastructure Solutions
• Experience using Microsoft Visio for network and solution design.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel for site surveys and customer meetings when required.
