Job Summary:The Pastry Chef is responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods. This role requires creativity, precision, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards to ensure high-quality products that meet customer expectations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.</li><li>Develop new recipes and seasonal menus in line with company standards.</li><li>Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all items.</li><li>Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section.</li><li>Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.</li><li>Train and supervise junior pastry staff when required.</li><li>Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely production.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.</li><li>Knowledge of baking techniques, pastry decoration, and dessert plating.</li><li>Creativity and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Certification in Culinary Arts or relevant field preferred.</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Ability to stand for long periods.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
