Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will play a key role in shaping company culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.</li><li>Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.</li><li>Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals and feedback processes.</li><li>Support employee development through training programs and career growth initiatives.</li><li>Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll to ensure fairness and competitiveness.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.</li><li>Foster a positive workplace culture and handle employee relations issues.</li><li>Maintain HR records and leverage HRIS systems for workforce analytics.</li><li>Advise senior management on HR trends, workforce planning, and organizational design.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Proficiency with HRIS and digital HR tools.</li><li>Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From BD500.000 per month
